Orders are created and shipped within 3-5 days of payment being received. Please contact us if you would like a "rush" order. Extra shipping and handling charges will apply for "rush" orders.
Shipping Charges are as follows:
Standard Shipping (2-5 days) $6.50 total. (to one address)
We will email you a delivery confirmation/tracking number once your order has been shipped. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been documented as delivered.
International shipping: Please contact us for International shipping prices and information.
Returns and Exchanges:
Because of our large selection and options in crystal, shirt colors, and styles, each of our products are specially made-to-order per your specifications. As a result, there is a $10.00 re-stocking fee for all returns.
Shipping charges are not reimbursable. In addition, charges for items shipped back are the responsibilty of the customer. Once the product has been recieved back the charges to the account will be reimbursed less the $10.00 re-stocking fee and the original shipping charges.
We will not accept anything that has been worn and washed.
If the product is custom or personalized (with name etc.) we cannot accept a return.
